SEMINAR POLICY

Must be a Licensed Medical Professional that is certified to Diagnose and Treat. (e.g., MD, DC, LAc, DO, ND, NP).

*You may register for seminars on the same weekend separately, or as a combo package. Please call or see the Order Form for pricing.
**Seminars are from 9am to 5pm, unless stated otherwise.

We require that all Seminar attendees sign a Professional Integrity Agreement before being admitted to the Seminar and obtaining the notes. Download a copy.
