Terms and Conditions when ordering Quantum Neurology® Products
We are proud to offer products in our Quantum Neurology® store for practitioners and patients who are interesting in purchasing books and dvds about Quantum Neurology. Below are important ordering guidelines, contact information, and policies that may be helpful for everyone.

Sorry, we are closed for major holidays and Mondays after a Seminar. Quantum Neurology® provides, as a service to our doctors, an online list of other doctors willing to share a hotel room at our Seminars. You must be registered for a Seminar to have access to, and to be added to, the list. To get the link for this list (web page), please call or email us.

We require that all Seminar attendees sign a Professional Integrity Agreement before being admitted to the Seminar and obtaining the notes. You may download a copy HERE.
Seminar orders are processed at time of registration. Product orders are processed by the end of day on the day they are received. Orders are shipped in 2-3 business days.

All orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 working days. All orders ship from Kingston, WA*. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail. You may request FedEx or UPS shipping by calling your order in.

Orders outside of the Con. US (including HI, AK and Canada) may ship via Fed-Ex, with customers defraying the shipping charges. This also applies for any order requesting Next Day shipping. Orders are insured. Large dollar orders are shipped with Signature Confirmation.
GRT LITE™ & DVD’s
The GRT LITE™ comes with a 30-Day money-back guarantee and a 1-Year manufacturer defect repair or replace warranty from date of original purchase, shipping not included. If during the first 30 days you do not like the GRT LITE you may return it for a full refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not warranty the batteries that come with the GRT LITE. There is a minimum $40 repair charge for Lites out of warranty.
It anything goes wrong with your unit after the first 30 days, while still under warranty, we will:
- Upon receipt of defective unit, evaluate it for manufacturer defect. If defective, we will repair or replace it; the discretion is ours.
- The repaired/replacement unit will then be shipped back to you. Shipping charges may apply for outside of the Continental US (including Canada, HI and AK).

Inside the Continental US ONLY: If you need a replacement LITE while yours is out for warranty, you may have one shipped to you for the interim for $40.00. Customer to pay for shipping.
Training DVDs are Non-Refundable
Must be a Licensed Medical Professional that is certified to Diagnose and Treat (e.g., MD, DC, LAc, DO, ND, NP) to purchase DVD training and the GRT LITE™.
Austin Air Systems are shipped direct from the Austin Air factory. Austin Air cleaners are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for 5-years from date of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All warranty is handled directly with Austin Air.
The colored glasses come with a one year against manufacturing defects under normal conditions and use. If found to be defective, return them to us and we will send you a new pair. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Tuning forks are custom ordered and are non-refundable.
You may return all undamaged items purchased at Quantum Neurology® (except as listed below) within 30 days of the original delivery/receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs back to Quantum Neurology are the responsibility of the customer. We will pay the return shipping costs to the customer if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10%. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Seminar Cancellation Policy
If you believe it necessary to cancel your registration, we will issue a full refund minus a 10% administration fee for cancellations received in writing or phone at least 14 business days prior to the event. The administration fee is 15% for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event. Those who do not cancel and do not attend are responsible for the full registration fee. Seminars may be rescheduled twice within a 12 month period. After 12 months a refund will be issued minus the a 15% cancellation fee.
Quantum Neurology® reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any seminar; efforts will be made to give notice in advance; efforts will be made to give notice in advance. We are not responsible for any costs incurred, including airfare (or penalties) and hotel, and/or exchange rate, as a result of a cancellation or date and time change of any seminar.

We recognize and respect your need for privacy and security as you visit our site. When you visit our site to view any pages, read product information, or use our on-line calculators and tools, you do so without telling us who you are and without revealing any personal information. While we do not collect identifying information about visitors to our site, we do use standard software to collect information for the strict purpose of tracking activity on our site. This allows us to better understand how many people use our site and which pages and features are most popular. The only information we normally collect and store is:
