The power to heal oneself is taught within these pages. If you cannot rest or have difficulty sleeping, poor digestion including acid reflux, belching, bloating, irritable bowel, constipation, diarrhea or if you are suffering from low energy, fatigue, poor healing, chronic illness, or an autoimmune condition, your body may be stuck in High Stress or Survival Mode called Sympathetic Dominance.
The good news is that there is a solution to this problem and it is in simple Parasympathetic stimulating actions we call the Hummingbird exercises. These exercises alone, if done daily, are a simple and effective way of healing through balancing your body’s Survival Actions (Sympathetic) with your body’s Healing Actions (Parasympathetic). Your success will be amplified when combined with a sensible diet and lifestyle and a winning mental and spiritual attitude.
