We recommend that you ship your GRT Lite with tracking and insurance through US Postal Service. Please include a quick note with what seems to be the issue, so Dan can assess accordingly. Also provide your best contact information in case Dan needs to reach you.
*If you use FedEx for shipping the GRT Lites, do NOT require an Adult Signature upon delivery. It will be refused by the Post Office.
The basic repair is $75, and standard shipping costs $15. Upon request, Dan can replace the gray outer case for an additional $60. If Dan needs to order a special part, he will contact you for additional pricing. Once he receives the Lite, he can usually get it repaired and back to you within a week.
