Below are the terms and conditions for ordering Quantum Neurology® products and services. We proudly offer products for practitioners and patients interested in purchasing books and training about Quantum Neurology. Below are essential ordering guidelines, contact information, and policies that may be helpful for everyone.

To purchase training, you must have a postgraduate degree in a medical field AND be LICENSED to treat and diagnose or be a LICENSED Acupuncturist.

**Orders placed with Check or Bank Transfer payments will not ship until the check has cleared our bank.

We require that all Seminar attendees sign a Professional Integrity Agreement before being admitted to the Seminar and obtaining the notes. You may download a copy HERE.

Online orders are processed at the time of registration.

Products purchased at a Live Event are processed by the end of that event weekend.

GRT Lite orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.

Attention: your credit card statement may show our parent company, “GRT Solutions, Inc.” as the merchant.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after being processed. GRT Lites & Tuning Fork orders ship from Kingston, WA. Books, DVDs, and Merch Apparel ship from our fulfillment warehouse in Livermore, CA.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail. You may request FedEx or UPS shipping by calling your order in.

Orders outside of the Con. United States (including HI, AK, and Canada) may ship via FedEx, with customers defraying the shipping charges. This also applies to any order requesting next-day shipping. Orders are insured. Large dollar orders are shipped with Signature Confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: 
You are responsible for any import customs fees/charges/duties incurred by your country's Customs Agency. We include an invoice for all international shipments, as US Customs requires.

The GRT Lite ships as a Handheld, Battery Operated, Red/Infrared Medical Device (HTS #9018.20.0040) with the value listed at the time of sale.

GRT LITE™ & DVD’s

The GRT LITE™ comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 1-year manufacturer defect repair or replacement warranty from the date of original purchase; shipping is not included. If during the first 30 days you are not satisfied with the GRT LITE, you may return it for a full refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not warranty the batteries that come with the GRT LITE. There is a minimum $75 repair charge for Lites out of warranty.

If anything goes wrong with your unit after the first 30 days while still under warranty, we will:

1. evaluate it for manufacturer defect. If it is faulty, we will repair or replace it; at the discretion is ours.
2. The repaired/replacement unit will then be shipped back to you. Shipping charges may apply outside the Continental US (including Canada, HI, and AK).

Training DVDs are Non-Refundable

Must be a Licensed Medical Professional certified to Diagnose and Treat (e.g., MD, DC, LAc, DO, ND, NP) to purchase DVD training and the GRT LITE™.

Colored Glasses

We no longer directly sell colored glasses from our fulfillment center. You may order the Color Therapy Classes - Pro Style Set of 10 colors, sold by Amazon here:

Tuning Forks

Tuning forks are custom-ordered and are non-refundable.

Austin Air

Austin Air Systems are shipped directly from the Austin Air factory. Austin Air cleaners are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for 5 years from the date of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All warranties are handled directly by Austin Air.

Return Policy

You may return all undamaged items purchased at Quantum Neurology® (except as listed below) within 30 days of the original delivery/receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs back to Quantum Neurology are the customer's responsibility. We will pay the return shipping costs to the customer if the product is defective or the return results from our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10%. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Seminar Cancellation Policy

Suppose you believe it is necessary to cancel your registration. In that case, we will issue a full refund minus a 10% administration fee for cancellations received in writing or by phone at least 14 business days before the event. The administration fee is 15% for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event. Those who do not cancel and do not attend are responsible for the full registration fee. Seminars may be rescheduled twice within 12 months. After 12 months, a refund will be issued minus the 15% cancellation fee.

Quantum Neurology® reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any seminar; efforts will be made to give notice in advance; efforts will be made to provide notice in advance. We are not responsible for any costs incurred, including airfare (or penalties), hotel, and/or exchange rate, due to a cancellation or date and time change of any seminar.

Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstances Policy

At Quantum Neurology®, we are committed to providing exceptional experiences during our live events. However, unforeseen natural disasters or extreme weather conditions are beyond our control. Please carefully review our policy regarding such events:

1. Responsibility for Natural Disasters: Quantum Neurology® is not responsible for any disruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to pandemics, wildfires, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, severe weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

2. Event Status and Communication: In the event of a natural disaster or extreme weather, we will monitor the situation closely and communicate updates regarding the event's status as soon as possible. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our attendees, staff, and partners.

3. Refunds and Rescheduling: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for tickets or associated costs (e.g., travel or accommodations) due to natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If an event must be canceled or rescheduled, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling or offering credit toward future events.

4. Travel and Insurance Recommendations: We strongly recommend that attendees purchase travel insurance to cover any potential losses or disruptions caused by natural disasters or other emergencies. This can provide peace of mind and financial protection for unforeseen circumstances.

You acknowledge and accept these terms by purchasing a ticket or registering for a Quantum Neurology® live event.

We recognize and respect your need for privacy and security as you visit our site. When you visit our site to view any pages, read product information, or use our online calculators and tools, you do so without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information. While we do not collect identifying information about visitors to our site, we do use standard software to collect information to track activity on our site. This lets us better understand how many people use our site and which pages and features are most popular. The only information we usually collect and store is:

• The name of your Internet service provider.
• The website that referred you to us (if any).
• The date and time the pages were accessed.
• The page or pages you requested.

There are instances where you may elect to provide us with personal information. If you fill out one of our feedback or request forms or email us, you are transmitting the information that appears to you in the form or the message. This will typically include information like your name, mailing address, email address, the kind of request you are making, and any other information necessary to fulfill your request. You never transmit personally identifying information that you do not enter yourself. This is always your option; this information cannot be collected unless you specifically elect to send it to us. This information is used internally only to fulfill the request or to contact you directly and is not given or sold to any other organization.
